Press and Editorial
Over the years Charles and Patricia Lester have had tremendous support from the press. They love the process of working with a journalist to make the most of a storyline that they want to create. They have developed valued friendships with creative individuals in the press who love calling on them for projects and stories.
Charles and Patricia’s clothes have often been used in features other than fashion, such as health and beauty, jewellery, period focused stories, art, gardens, travel, home and interior design.
One year they had 28 full colour pages of editorial pictures in Vogue alone along with other publications. In fact the garments have taken on many guises in the press – sharp futuristic images, Pre-Raphaelite romanticism and ancient Egypt to name a few. A selection of these will be gradually added here.
